Refund Policy

All events are held rain or shine. No refunds will be given for weather or your inability to attend the event.  If you cannot pick up your T-shirt or award, they will not be mailed to you. Timber Hill Timing cannot authorize a refund. Any refunds must first be authorized by the individual event host.

Event Cancellation by the Event Host

The event host reserves the right to cancel an event due to low registration, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If the event host cancels an event, registrants will be offered a credit equal to your registration fee that may be used to register for any future event on Timber Hill Timing. If the host wishes to offer a refund, the refund will be processed by the host, not by Timber Hill Timing.

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, the Event Director will have the option to offer either a credit equal to your registration fee that may be used to register for any future event on Timber Hill Timing or a registration transfer to the same event at the new, future date.

Decisions on the cancellation or postponement of an event are made by the event host or the Event Director, not by Timber Hill Timing. Please contact the Event Director with any questions or concerns.
